Storage of polyurethane along with the technological process

The project was carried out at an industrial plant in the state of Tennessee (USA). The scope of our work included the comprehensive supply of installation materials – such as cables, cable trays, supports, and auxiliary components – as well as the complete execution of electrical installations in designated areas. One of the main challenges was coordinating all activities remotely, from Poland, which required precise planning and close communication with the on-site team.

In the first stage, we completed cable routes for the raw materials storage area, followed by full wiring and connections to the local switchboards. The next step involved installing power supply and control systems for the mixers, the pre-reactor, and the main reactor. This stage required a high level of precision and adaptation to the existing technological infrastructure to ensure the possibility of future servicing of these devices without the need to dismantle installation elements.

For the purposes of the project, we developed our own reporting system, which enabled ongoing monitoring of work progress, stock levels, and project modifications. Thanks to this, despite many challenges typical of such projects, the entire installation was completed on time and in line with the client’s expectations. The project was concluded with full success – both in terms of execution quality and the efficiency of cooperation.
