Industrial control panel manufacturing
In this project, time was the key factor. Despite long lead times for UL-certified components, we found a way to keep the workflow moving. By preparing all pre-assembly work in advance, we ensured that once the materials arrived, the final assembly could be completed without delay.
Control panel fabrication
As part of this project, our task was to prepare 36 control plates for the cooling management system used in some of the most advanced data center infrastructures serving clients across multiple continents. These plates were later installed directly onto the machines responsible for coolant control, which meant that meeting the highest quality standards and precise technical requirements was absolutely essential.
One of the main challenges we faced was the extended lead time for UL-certified components, which were crucial for the final assembly. However, this period was far from wasted — we used it efficiently to complete all preparatory work. This included the production, labeling, and secure storage of several thousand wires, ensuring that once the components arrived, we could immediately proceed with the final connections. Thanks to this approach, we were able to minimize the assembly time and maintain the project schedule.
The result? All plates were delivered on time, and the prototype reached the client just 10 days after project kickoff. To avoid any delays caused by shipping, we delivered it personally — ensuring that not a single hour was lost. Our priority is always partnership, transparent communication, and solving challenges collaboratively — both on the client’s side and within our own team.
An important outcome of this project was also the transformation of our production workflow. Our team, traditionally focused on single-unit manufacturing, successfully adapted to a process resembling small-batch, semi-serial production, allowing us to work in parallel and operate far more efficiently. Thanks to this, every plate and every control panel was fully tested and delivered to the client in excellent quality, meeting all technical and operational expectations.
